My career has never fit a single lane. I’ve led enterprise technology implementations at Amazon and Microsoft. Rescued failing CLM platforms that Fortune 500 companies had spent millions on. Built AI and data strategies for organizations that needed results, not slide decks. And alongside all of it, I’ve coached professionals through burnout, career transitions, and the quiet chaos of working in systems that weren’t built for how they think.

What connects these things isn’t a title. It’s a pattern: I see what’s broken, I understand why it’s stuck, and I build the structure to move it forward. Whether that’s a $2M contract lifecycle platform or a person’s relationship with their own career.
